Pricing
All standard cakes are priced as follows. These include vegan and non vegan cakes, with standard decoration:
6 inch cake: £30
8 inch cake: £35
10 inch cake: £40
8 inch gradient rose cake: £45
10 inch gradient rose cake: £50
Writing on top: £5
All other cakes are priced on an individual basis and price is dependant on cake size, novelty decoration, boards/boxes and any other decoration that is purchased on a one off basis.
Cupcakes are priced as follows:
Standard cupcakes: £2 each or 6 for £10
Unicorn cupcakes: £3 each or 4 for £10
Emoji Cupcakes: £3 each or 4 for £10
All other cupcakes are priced on an individual basis.

A MINIMUM ORDER OF 12 CUPCAKES PER FLAVOUR IS REQUIRED
Deposits and Payment
All cakes are subject to a £10 deposit. Until the deposit is paid your date is NOT secured and is free for another customer to book. The balance for birthday cakes must be paid at least 72 hours prior to collection and for wedding cakes 2 weeks prior to the event. Invoices will be sent via PayPal which can then be paid for using PayPal or via card. Payment can also be taken as cash, but an invoice will still be sent.

Notice
Birthday cakes must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance. Novelty cakes need at least 3 weeks notice. Dependant on workload, cakes may be taken at shorter notice, but any cakes ordered less than 2 weeks in advance will be subject to a £10 surcharge.
Design
For standard cakes, there is a set design. Other designs can be made and will be subject to individual pricing. If a customer requests another cake maker’s design and sends a picture, it is advised that the cake WILL NOT be exactly the same as this, as it is not a design created by Rockin Robyn’s Bakery. Photos of the cake will be sent prior to collection/delivery so any issues can be rectified.
Allergens
Customers MUST advise of any and all allergies/intolerances at the time of ordering. All cakes will be gluten free as they are baked in a gluten free kitchen. Under no circumstances will any ingredients containing gluten be used. Cakes can also be made free from dairy, eggs, nuts, soya, coconut, animal products and more.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If a cake is cancelled prior to the balance being paid, the deposit will be forfeited. If it is cancelled after the balance has been paid, there will be no refunds at all.
Collection
Collection of cakes can either be from 94 Don Street, Woodside, AB24 2RT or from one of the markets we will attend. A half hour collection window will be arranged. If a customer does not collect within the window, and does not call or message to advise they will be late, it will be assumed that they are no longer collecting at that time and we will no longer wait for them. Should we have an appointment etc. we will leave and may no longer be available for collection. Delivery is no longer available.
Wedding Cakes
I am no longer able to take orders for wedding cakes.
Photographs
Rockin Robyn’s Bakery will take photographs of all cakes, and reserves the right to post these on social media and on the website, as well as using these in printed publications as and when required.
Refunds
If you are in any way unhappy with your cake, please inform me within 2 hours of receiving your cake. Pictures/samples will be required to investigate any issues. Once a cake has been delivered/collected, Rockin Robyn’s Bakery is not responsible for any accidental damage, including but not limited to melting due to extreme heat, dropping of the cake etc.
